SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

PbSi is pre-qualified to compete for bids for engineering, technical, and programmatic support from naval agencies, including Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the Marine Corps. The contracts have a two-year base period with up to eight option years. The Navy estimates that up to $5.3 billion a year in orders could be issued under SeaPort-e.

PbSi is a subcontractor on Seaport to Maden Technologies, Inc.

Contract Types
Orders under this schedule may be IDIQ with CPFF and CPIF task orders (for services) and delivery order (for supplies).

National Exercise Program IDIQ

PbSi is a member of Team One, and a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. The purpose of this task order contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is to obtain support in implementing a national exercise strategy, with supporting management processes and systems that ensures the national homeland security team remains trained, practiced and able to perform assigned missions. The vehicle is used by DHS to train its leaders, staffs and components, and collaborate with its interagency partners in training and exercising their leaders, staffs and components for their assigned homeland security missions.

Team One posses a detailed understanding and expertise in national-level exercise program administration and management for federal departments and agencies, and the design, development, conduct, and evaluation of homeland security exercises at all levels of Government. The members of Team One maintain a detailed understanding and expertise in the types and effects of threats and hazards that fall within the responsibility of DHS, and national prevention, response, and recovery to those hazards and threats.
